We do not charge extra for Fedex Ground like other paintball companies our FREE SHIPPING is not economy shipping it is Fedex Ground which means you will get your order faster ordering from us. The shipping costs for Fedex Ground will automatically be deducted during checkout. Applies to all orders in the 48 continental states, excluding PO Boxes, APO, FPO, etc. If you use Google Checkout the free shipping will not apply, you have to use our checkout or Paypal. Does My Billing & Shipping Address Have to Match?

For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. This does take extra time to verify so if you need your order shipped out immediately please use your billing address.

If you are having your order shipped to an alternate ship to address please give us a call at 877-999-7682 so that we can manually verify your addresses with the credit card company. If your financial institution cannot verify your address with us, you will be contacted via email or phone. If we are unable to verify your address within 7-10 days, your order will be cancelled.

When Will My Order Ship?

Ultimate Paintball ships using a much faster service than our competition. When you choose ground shipping, we ship with Fedex Ground. Most others use a slow economy shipping.

If you place an order by 1pm we will ship out the same day Monday thru Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, almost always will ship out that Monday. Some exceptions is when we get an abundant amount of orders over the weekend then it will ship on Tuesday. We do prioritize 2nd day and Next day orders we make sure they go out first.

Do You Accept Global Credit Cards?

We only accept Global Credit cards that will pass AVS checks on this site. So if your financial institution is set up to pass AVS(Address Verification Status) then you can use a credit card. We will only ship to the billing address of the card for international orders. If you go to our other paintball store we do accept all international credit cards on that site that Amazon accepts.
